I have a 1998 gmc 4.3 pickup truck and it wont start. Any ideas why?
I replaced with new fuel pump, coil,
spark plugs, spark plug wires,
distributor cap, rotar button, all new
brake system, it was working fine for
3 weeks then it just died. It starts
when you prime with injecter fluid
once it burns of cuts out. after i
chaged the brake pads it.hasnt
started since. any idea what the
problem could be.

Sounds like you have a fuel issue. I would get a pressure gauge on it and see what she's putting out. You have spark since it will run when starting fluid is sprayed. You may have bad injectors, bad fuel pressure regulator, plugged fuel filter. Do you have the check engine light on? May want to get the codes read if it's on. Will cut out a lot of guess work.

There is fuel going to the trottle body but not to the injecters i took out the injecters and cleaned them out. The fuel lines are all clear and its a new filter. It seems the gas is going as far as the trottle body and thats it
Test for power to the injectors. If no power, you may have an ECU problem.
You should get a fuel pressure gauge and check the fuel pressure. Your regulator could be shot.
