Allow me to begin by saying I do not intent to insult or offend you sandy. Thing is if you have to ask that, maybe you should have them done at a shop. Brakes, to state the obvious, are critical and nothing to mess with if you don't know what you are doing. But if you must, simply look at them, guess, and if the tool is too small or too big go to the next size. Good Luck with your repair. brakes are not tremendously expensive to do.

Anyone that's not lazy and is shown a few times and may have 1 person in their life that can clarify any questions shouldn't have to go to a garage for brake service and other simple tasks, There's many things in life negative nancies convince people that ""only professionals" should do. Mechanics isn't easy but I commend anyone who's willing to take their time learning something new or that they haven't done all that much. It not rocket science and ppl can save thousands of dollars by doing certain things themselves even with minimum tools.
