1996 GMC Sierra 2500 4X4 Won't shift into overdrive

Transmission fluid is full, it did sit for almost 2 years, now on the road w/new fuel injection
pump and fuel pump runs and starts fine but won't shift into overdrive.

Could be stopped up trans filter and needs to be replaced. But with it having set for two years Might want to try some sea foam trans tune first.
