Truck don't run

Hey I have a 85 gmc it did run but the starter was
have ing problems so it got changed now it will not
start no matter what I do with the wires I have
tryed the different was and now it is not getting
spark to distributor or coil is bad idk on what to do

so it turns over ? there's probably an ignition module under the dist. you can test or replace along with the coil , might be pure coincidence that the other thing went bad
