Do I need a special tool to take off my radiator , on my 1997 280 C Mercedes ?

that's common on the benz I wouldn't worry about it unless its causing problems. plus the water pump gets lubed lol

No. Flat blade screwdriver to undo the metal straps fastening the water hoses on, 17 or 19mm spanner to undo the oil pipes. Pop 2 metal clips off top holding on plastic fan cowling. If I remember correctly there's 2 slightly bigger metal clips holding the radiator to the front of the car at the top, pop them off and lift it out. Bob's your uncle, fanny's your aunt. Don't forget to top up the transmission fluid after you've put it all back together.
