my headlights on my cts would not go off after i turn my car off and my windshield wipers keep coming on ,on there own

disconnect the battery for 30minutes, this will reset the computer. if this doesnt work, go to cadillacowners.com proceed to the proper CTS section of the forums and post your problem (or use the search feature, i know this problem has come up before on there)
