There is oil in the coolant but no water in the oil. It is a cng 1.6 optra 2010 year
Does this car have an oil cooler?

Doesn't make sense.oil cooler or not, oil is always circulating, coolant will be in the oil if there's oil in the coolant.

True but in the water tank, the oil may well float on the surface of the water and there is no oil drawn into the water system.
