Mirrors on 2018 Genesis G80 no longer drop down in reverse

My 2018 Genesis G80 side mirrors no longer drop down when in reverse.  
How did I disable this and how do I fix it?

Your side view mirror switch should be set to either (L)eft or (R)ight for them to tilt down.

You must have your mirror adjust switch in the left or right mode for mirrors to turn down in reverse middle weren't position turns them off

The left and right mirror must be both off,to do this depress any one of them twice ,the lights are now off and mirrors wont go down..to enable them simply depress any one of them again
