2004 range rover. Air suspension inactive message on dashboard. can i still drive it safely?

In a pinch when you're in terrain yes, on the road would not be recommended, there's no telling how the car responds on cornering with no control over the air bags. I'd have it recovered and repaired before doing any actual driving in it.

Air susp inactive has nothing to do with airbags. It automatically raises and lowers suspension automatically. Check battery
