Sound to me like a vacuum hose what drives the cruise control has fallen off...you might just check the integrity of this hose....possibly replace them with silicone?
sorry but their isn't a vacuum driven diaphram pulling on throttle arm nor cables. The throttle body is driver by electric wires commanded by ECM. I would have your loco dealer look at it because you will spend more money on none dealership shops because of lack of information and diagnostic abilities just like the answer you got from judge_roy
