how hard is it to drop a 6.5l in to a truck that had a 6.2l in it originally

id like to here from any of you guys who now how hard it would be to put a 6.5 in where there was a 6.2 originally i got a 355 in it now and would like to take it back to a diesel but dont want the 6.2 that come out of the 85 I would like to upgrade a bit

you dont wana get rid of it. the only good gm diesel engine is the duramax. sorry. thats not just my opinion thats allot of ppls opinion.
