I have a 1967 C10 and someone has put in a "Vortec" engine it with a 700R4 tranny. I'm trying to find out if I can know what size it is and how old the it it. The engine has an aluminum edelbrok intake with a holley 4 barrel. I can tell it's a late model engine from the serpentine belt. It reminds of the engine I had in my '99 silverado. I can post a picture if that will help.

Here's a picture of the motor in this truck. With the power I'd have to guess a 350.

I apologize for posting in the CK area, I missed the C10 in the drop down menu.
