Does my 2004 Kia Optima LX 2.4L sedan have struts or shocks?

Shocks in front, struts in back, vice versa?

believe that you've got macpherson struts either side at the front end and the usual shocks at the back...never seen macpherson struts at the back...perhaps on 4wd vehicles...honestly could not find a replacement for either...to be frank about it~
