The car I listed is no longer showing up when I search for it. What do I do? Do listings fall off the site? My listing is still in my account? Need help.

I think it expired. I then deleted my listing in my account and redid everything. Now the only information it's not allowing me to input is the VIN. It's saying that they already have a listing with that VIN. I don't get it. It says they have a listing with that VIN but it's expired and won't show the listing. I've relisted it but need to figure out a way to put the VIN in??? Still need help.
