Gas tank flap gone

I have a 1998 plymounth grand
voyager ok where i would put the
gas in the van the flap is gone,
what will this doto my van and will
it effect my gas mileage. Dose
anyone know how much it will
cast to fix it.

If your talking the flap at the top fuel feed tube? If that is missing, it won't hurt anything, as far as I know. As long as it doesn't obstruct anything. Just my opinion.

Oilyspill is very correct, it affects nothing at all except the looks of the vehicle. If you want to keep the clean look of the car, call around to a few junk yards to find one in the same color as your vehicle, you can find the color code usually on the drivers side door jamb. Good luck
