first you have to find where it is located, operator manual may list it with fuses ,
It's located on the radiator fan, green in color and longish
that's unusual, but most relays plug straight into a base connected to the wire harness , I say first check fuses, that trip the relay !, relays are quite durable ,last 20 and 30 years sometimes
Ok will do, as far as I found online there's no fuse controlling the relay on this fan but I'll check it out
Location is normally next to or behind the battery.
Hi my ford fan just stopped working what do i do?
If its the Radiator fan, With the ignition on, unplug the ECT Sensor , the fans should run at high speed. Check the fuses and the low speed and high speed fan relays.
My fan is not working but the tempost is new &fan switch is new but still not working and the fan straight to the battery is working now I don't know
Have you checked the fuses and the relays ?
All the fuse fine idont know how to check the Relay
Swop the relays arround with some of the others.
All the fuse fine idont know how to check the Relay
Ok thanks for your help iwll try that
The only other area I can see is the PCM. I would check out with an Auto Electrician on this first.
