I drive a ford bantam Rocam 1.3 the fan runs constantly the
heat gauge even stays cold, now I feel like it looses power

Check that the thermostat is not stuck open. Check the condition of the Engine Coolant Temp sensor.

hi, check your thermostat it might have stuck in an open position so your car is overcooling so it will no longer be 100% efficient
