my ford bantam 1.3 rocam engine started by showing oil shortage but the oil was ok but after that it make rumbling sound

my ford bantam making a lot of noise after showing oìl shortage sign but when
you chek deep stick the oil is ok

Check if the oil pressure lamp takes too long to go out. If so it could be the engine oil pump

oil pump, that light warning must be attended before its too late, can lead to engen bearing knock

I have a ford rocam 1.3 is making noise n I did change almost everything tht can coz the noise.starting from oil pump,rings and bearings.hydroliclifters new oil like I don't knw wht to do anymore.i just need help guys plz.
