I drive my ford bantam 1.3 and it was raining a lot and come and park it as usual.when the following morning I try to start it and it only turn the engine but it is not starting

Check that water didn't travel down the wiring harness from the engine compartment into the vehicle's cabin. In the engine compartment , on the very left rear is where the main harness goes into the cabin. There is a large rubber plug or grommet. Check that this large plug or grommet is secured in place. Check that water has not gained assess along the wiring harness into the Engine's Commuter Box known as the PCM. If there is no spark at the spark plug leads and the engine is cranking, check the main starter relay, you will find that the relay has short circuited. If water has gained entrance into the PCM, the PCM will have to be repaired. Get a reputable mechanic who has experience on Ford products to check this out first. I had the same problem for months when it was raining only to be told to spay Q20 on the ignition and the problem disapeared for ever, if the ignition absorbs moisture yo car will not start everytime it rains

i have sealed the computer box cable with rubber raising and still today its raining its do not start but when is sunny its start no problem

This sounds like a key reader problem. We have had a few of them. When it is damp, the thing does not start and when it's dry , it starts. Remove the key reader and use a hear dryer on warm and dry the reader out. It should start. The key reader electronic circuitry need to be dried out and then sealed. This needs to be done by a profecional .

Your car sounds like the starter realy has a short circiut, so it cranks but wont start. If the engine cranks and there is no sparp at the spark plugs, this is the caurse. It might be a good idea to take your vehicle to the nearest Ford Dealer to check this out. If the PCM is the problem, Thake your PCM, Keys and Key reader to your Ford Parts department, They arrange with Rix Transport to Courier these items to us in Pretoria, as these items must go through Customs and be returned through Customs again. Rix Transport do this for us when Novel Ford send us these PCMs for repair
