What was done to the vehicle ? Check the fuel line pressure at the fuel rail. Check for any damaged feed or fuel return pipes. If the engine is not reving, check that the correct spark plugs were fitted. Best use Motorcraft Spark plugs through the Ford Pats Department. NGK Plugs will cause surging and no power from 3000RPM. Was the engine washed when it was hot, in this case it could have cracked the coil pack. Check the basics first.
