Stater turns the motor for 3 to 4 times fuel pump is working enoungh spark and
still does not start

Check the position of the cable to the starter selonoid switch and that its not right next to the Crank Position Sensor wiring. Also check that amperage draw of the main battery to starter cable. If the amperage draw is too high you wont get enough current to operate the PCM correctly. Check the starter relay. If there is a short curcuit in the starter relay there wont be any spark. Check the fuses and relays. Check the CKP Sensor and CMP Sensor curcuits.
