My security light is on and my car won't start

Asked by Steve Mar 08, 2014 at 07:59 PM about the Chrysler PT Cruiser

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I only have one gray key to my 2001 PT.  Now my car won't start and the security light is on and a clicking/buzzing sound but  my car won't start.  We have tried to disconnect the battery, locking and unlocking the doors and hatch.  Still nothing.  Lights, radio, locks all work.
