Edmunds.com says private sale $1400 / dealer $2140 in my area. I live in the snow belt and convertibles are not valued as high as in other areas of the country. Check the values in your area.

Depending where you are. Cabbys range from $500 for a running beater to the $5000 range for a pristine top condition. From what you say, I would guess $2500 to $3000.
