2007 city jetta starts well and run well. after a while in a traffic jam stalls and
difficult to start. after  a bit it starts and runs as long as I can keep moving. EPC
light comes on while trying to start.
changed the air filter, fuel filter, added fuel line cleaner no luck.

get the codes read and it will tell you exactly whats going on. A regular obd2 scanner won't work properly you need rosstech or a a good shop scanner to read it.
