Really rough ride.

I think maybe the problem with the rough ride is in suspension.Maybe shock absorbers .
The car's a 2009 - should it need new absorbers already? I'm ready to sell this car b/c of the ride. !!
Yes the car is not old but still the absorbers may be damaged and that might be the reason for the drive. If you don't want to sell your car you must check every part of the suspension , because the ride can not be that bad in elantra. It must have some problem
I'll do that. Thank you!
And maybe check the wheels and the tires. If they are damaged that is the reason for the bad ride

I was told that the 17" Alloy wheels make for a little "sportier"/rough ride with a little more noise and that the 16" wheels are smoother and quieter. If you don't have the 17" wheels, than I would definitely take it in and have it checked out, cause even with the 17" wheels, I have no complaints.
I have a 2012 Elantra Touring. I started out with the 17" wheels, but immediately swapped them out for the 16" wheels due to the punishing ride. The ride became tolerable. After having it for a couple months, I still wish I hadn't bought it due to the harsh ride. I'm starting to research how to swap out some of the shocks or suspension to make it smoother.
