what makes my belts squeal on my mazda 626

I get a squeal in my belt area in my 626 when i start it and sometimes on the road what is it

The belt that spins the alternator is worn. Try replacing it.

SUPPOSE THE PERSON ALREADY REPLACED THE ALTERNATOR BELT, WHAT WOULD BE THE NEXT STEP?
