How to remove the blend door actuator for 2003 Toyota alphard

Hi guys,

Does any one know how to remove the blend door
actuator(heater control valve )for 2003 Toyota
alphard (1st gen alphard). I have to replace this
part how ever have difficulty get it removed.

remove all panels around the actuator for easy access if possible , though you may have a vacuum problem at this area blend door and not actuator fail. on this van
