What is the best place in NE Ohio to get the oil cooler lines replaced on my '04 RX8?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I've seen the aftermarket set online but do not have the skills to self-install.
And the OEM set is about $1200 plus labor. Ouch.  Any ideas?

Most places don't have the right tech to handle this.. or don't want to spend the time (rusted line sets) to do the job correctly 8 lines total. RX8's require a caring person to service them properly (like any good specialty vehicle) NOT, a rushed flat rate guy..IF you purchased it new meaning low miles, and great condition..its worthy! is Ann Arbor to far? other wise call around and confirm the shop knows the '04-'11 rotatory engine RX8's well. If its not in worthy just patch it up. Until the engine change.

The only place to own a rotary is on the West Coast where there are shops that specialize in these Mazdas- ACs comments are spot on- I would just add that unless you own the Gen 1 RX7 like I did, with the carb, it is just too expensive to keep these cars running- might want to start thinking about a more conventional hot rod-

I've been putting in a half quart every week for months now but today just about the whole load is on the ground under the car. So, looks like rolling the dice with the local Mazda dealer......s**t
