Subaru no crank no start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I pulled the motor for head gaskets regular subaru
stuff. Bolted everything back up. My battery is
weak but I have no crank not even a click from the
starter will a weak battery cause the starter to not
even make noise? The radio still comes on radio
still comes on.
