questions regarding hybrid suv's

Asked by GuruL4WPH Mar 17, 2019 at 09:29 PM about the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

My daughter wants to buy a Rav 4 hybrid.... all wheel drive makes me
nervous .. too much running gear to go wrong.  Many manufacturers seem to
be going that way - I can appreciate the traction aspect, but we live in
California.. other benefits ? . Thinking two wheel drive would be better, with
pretty similar mileage ?  Thanks, Fred

California receives large amounts of snow. Anytime you go to the mountains or high desert there can be snow (except summer). Does she ski?

The AWD gear is the last thing to be concerned about when buying a hybrid.
