Are Kia Niro roof rails available to be added to FE trim?

Question type: Car Customization

I'm probably getting a Kia Niro hybrid 2019 soon. For cargo space, I'm
restricted to the FE trim, which comes with no roof rails. Are these rails, as
found on LX and higher trim, available for after-market installation? If so,
where?

I'm referring to the longitudinal flush rails (that cross bars may be clamped
to), not the cross bars themselves.

Got the answer from the dealer - eventually. YES, rails can be fitted after-market, but it costs. We were quoted about $1800. It involves removing and replacing the roof upholstery. Our solution was to buy the LX with roof rails already installed, and we'll take out the tray from the back and fashion a floor in order to mimic the cargo space of the FE. That's the cheaper and easier option.

The best solution would be to go up to the LX if you need the rails for a roof rack. The cost differense isn't much to go up a model and the MPG will be similar. If possable a rear hitch and rack would be a lot cheaper and would be better MPG wise although I haven't searched for a hitch for a Niro.
