Question type: Maintenance & Repair
Battery was dead, truck had not been started for a couple of weeks. Charged the Battery and while charging noticed the break lights were on. Will not go off until fuse is pulled. Is the break petal switch a common problem?

Yes, replacement is required in most cases or can try to reset the switch position but it is not recommended!

make sure the switch is fully seated by turning it counter clockwise and pushing it in until it's fully seated and turning back to lock into place. if that doesn't help pull it out and test it before assuming that's the problem.
