1998 nissan truck sqealing noise when starting it up

when I start up the  truck in the morning  or its sit for awhile it make a high squealing noise for a few seconds, then the squealing will stop it happen ever time I start it . I replace all the belt but it still make the squealing nose. what can that squealing nose be ?
