I just replace the top oxygen sensor, plugs, and pcv valve on a 2012 Nissan Sentra Special Editon.
Does the sensor that goes at the bottom need to be repair. The engine light is now off.

If light is off I would say you're good to go. But to be safe have codes in ecm checked. History of codes would tell what was wrong.
