All fuses are fine
Brand new Alternator
Windows worked fine until new alternator was installed.  None have worked since but no other problems with the car.

Hard to imagine changing the alternator affecting the power windows. Check if you have power to both sides of fuse, if ok then go to door panel and check if you have power to the window switches.
