I have a 1994 nissan sentra. okay all of a sudden my car started to bogg , lose power and idle roughly all at once exhaust seems lean , i changed my headers the day before all this happend

it feels like the exhaust is clogged. i have no
cat sensor , i recently started hearing little
popping sounds from the exhaust like mini
shots, when the car is cold the engine boggs
and the car loses power as if being stifled,
when it warms up the bogging goes away and
the the stifling reduces. ive changed
injectors,spark plugs , MAF, TPS, and o2 sens,
fuel filter , replaced cat with a pipe for now
. someone please help me !
