Nissan rogue wont unlock

My 2018 Nissan rogue won't open!  I tried using the
fob and press unlock but the car won't read
anything from lock to unlock to open the trunk to
the alarm button (last red button  on fob). So I tried
to use the emergency key and manually putting the
key  in the. Door and it won't turn. Any idea why and
how to fix it?
