Here's how I do gas mileage , when it reaches 1/4 tank get some gas , write down the mileage and gallons put in . Do this every time and after a month do the math , the more times you do this the more accurate it gets
I fill my tank every time I fuel up. I document miles at fill up. If I travel say 381.2 miles and it takes 18.244 gallons to fill it, I'm getting 20.895 miles per gallon.
