they will but your problem wont be will it fit the problem will be do both motors fit the same transmission.. i did a swap like this once and the 2 cars had different transmissions in them one car had good trans other had good motor but the were not the same bell housing on the motor / trans. so i would check the trans. from motor you want to swap with and make sure its same as your trans. motor is 3.8 right?
