will a 1994 Buick LaSabre 3.8L Series 1 engine fit into a 2003 Buick LaSabre with a 2003 transmission?

they have 2 different engines, 1994 would have a 3800 series one where the 2003 has a series 2, i would guess yes if you made it fit and made the wiring harness according to the engine
