replacing the in dash 6 CD changer which stopped working one day after inserting a computer copy of a cd.  now it just makes a ticking little noise after inserting a cd.  when i play the clean the cd changer cd, after it finishes cleaning, apparently on that same cd there are a few songs and they play.  
not even a new cd will play on the unit

This is a question for the dealership. It is most likely not directly related to what you did, although they may have a fix for you that they have seen before with your situation.
