my 2002 camry does not pick up over 1 when engine running put new spark plugs in it its 2.4 4 cylinder

my engine dont pick up i am going to try fuel filter put on dianostic code p1135 came up dont know what it mean plus i put in spark plugs 2002 camary 2.4 engine 150000 miles

Its the upstream 02 Sensor, simple fix... common repair

No 1 o2 sensor before manofold top sensor Pull out start make sure convertor is not restricted block Back pipe it schould come 0ut 02 hole freely If so replace sensor don't wait next the convetor melts
