difference between ford mustang and shelby mustang

if the company is the same, all they do is replace the decals on it...there's no difference between the chevy uplander, saturn relay, pontiac montana sv6 and the oldsmobile silouette...GM loves to bring the same van for every company they own, all they do is switch the decals on the outside...but it's funny, you can get the same van for a different price..the only difference between the shelby and mustang is the engine size and it's super charged
Shelby is a tuning house. They buy mustangs in bulk and modify them. Similar to SLP, Salleen, 9ff, Brabus, ect... It's not really like the GM and Chevy deal as stated above since GM and Chevy ARE the same company just different divisions. Shelby is a separate entity from ford. This does get's a little skewed with the new Shelby Mustangs as they are built as-is instead of modified but are a collaboration between Shelby and Ford SVT.
thanks dude shelby is making the fastest car in the world.........

The 1968 Shelby Mustangs were shipped as GT Mustangs from Ford. Shelby American basically did cosmetic things to the GT. Fiberglass front end, hood, trunk lid, side scoops, Roll bar, console with Snake on top. Cobra valve covers. Shelby letters. This car does not have the word Mustang any place on it. I have a GT350. Mechanically, the GT 350 got an aluminum COBRA High Rise intake, Oval Cobra air cleaner. The GT500 got 2 4 bbl carbs. The GT500KR's were modified much more though. The car sets lower than stock. Same cosmetic mods except for the GT500 and GT500 KR emblems.
Shelby equals to AMG in Mercedes Benz awesome stuff !!!!
