What is the difference between shelby cobra mustang & ford cobra mustang car??

to be honest the is no Shelby cobra mustang (unless u got it mixed with the GT500) Before Ford bought Shelby and put it as part as SVT (Fords high proformance division) they had the Ford Mustang SVT cobra as their high proformace car and now that they own Shelby they have the Shelby GT500 as a high porformance car hopfully i cleared that up

Ford doesn't own Shelby. The Shelby GT 500 is built under licence from Shelby.
