$6500 is right around what they are going for now in good condition. Price will vary with overall condition of the car.
Depending on any aftermarket items, 6100 is a better estimate in good condition. Excellent could bump it up to around 6500 but it will fluctuate depending on mods and overall condition of the car.
That's a great pirce IF it is in good condition, hasn't been in a major accident and hasn't been butchered up by somebody trying to make it into a weekend drag racer. One good point to emember is the 4.6 is a highly durable engine so that's a one plus.
As long as there are no major defects, and the miles are true (ASK FOR CARFAX) $6500 on a private sell isnt too bad now if it was retail you know they add on every penny they can think of snatch it before someone else does.
