Check the back issues of "Collectable Automobile" magazine. They did a feature article on these cars, and included a price guide. Keep in mind, it would appear that yours is a "Lipstick Package" car. That is very rare, and even more rare to see that very bright red enamel in really good shape. You have done a fantastic job of keeping it looking great!
Right on Michael. KBB does not go that far back
about $6000 in collector car prices, with 302 and AC #2 condition

THANK YOU . SO MY INTERPITATION IS WITH THE CAR IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, SOME PAINT CHIPPING AND AGE CRACKS, SOME MINOR INTERIOR FLAWS WOULD BRING THE VALUE TO BETWEEN 2500 TO MAYBE 4000 AT THE MOST ON A GOOD DAY . SORRY FOR CAP LETERS, DOES THIS SOUND ABOUT IN THE PARK FOR SELLING, WAS MY FIRST OLD CAR AND NOW MOVING ON TO A 69 COUGAR :)
in reality it is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. the mustang 2's arent the highest priced mustangs but i would start asking 5500 and let the negotiations begin from there.

THANK YOU DAN, IT WILL NEED A PAINT JOB FOR SURE TO EVEN CONSIDER FOR LOCAL SHOWS AND FEW MINOR INTERIOR THINGS. MOTOR HAS BEEN CHROMED UP A BIT ALSO .
