heater in 2007 mustang doesnt blow heat when stopped or in park

ac works great  HEAT doesnt work when stopped at lights or when in Park

Sound like you need to replace the vacuum controlled heater/defrost manifold. Its a vacuum control manifold is what the switches are attached to, that control the amount of heat, direction of air flow and air fan speed on the dash board. It is a vacuum run unit that is known for failure over time.
