factory CD player will no longer eject the CD

my factory CD player will no longer eject the CD when you push the button and there is a CD still in it. Does anyone know a way to get it out or fix it so it works again? not sure on exact model but it is a CD player/tape deck combo.

Toyota is big on customer satisfaction and keeping their owners happy Stop by the dealership and pull around to the back where the repairs are done and walk in helplessly and ask one of the guys to come out and help you ....they wont charge you for this..... and can show you how to eject it yourself should the problem continue..... usually there is a little pin hole that one can put a paperclip in that will eject the cd....not sure what year your car is nor do we know the make/model of radio/cd player you have.
i put the year in for some reason it didnt show up. at any rate its an 05, listing shows its either model 86120AE010 ,or 86120AE011.
