Used Car Purchase Question

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I have never bought a used car, so I need some
used-car purchasing advice. I looked at a vehicle
advertised on Car Gurus. The dealer gave me the
"out-the-door everything-included" price (purchase
price + sales tax + DMV processing). The difference
between the two is $1,160. Assuming the DMV fees
are around $250, that still leaves $910. I get that
there should be a processing fee, but $910 is steep.
It is still a good deal, but as good as advertised.
Two questions:
• How legal is this?
• Should I walk because I'm not a sucker or buy it
because it still is a good deal?

HELP! I want to decide by tomorrow morning.
