Need to replace control arm upper bushings (all 4) is this an expensive job

My 1991 FORD LTD Crown Victoria LX needs replacement of all 4 control arm upper bushings, is this an expensive job? how much could this cost?

This is not THAT bad a job to do. Personally, I would check into the availability of remanufactured control arms, which will include the new bushings plus new ball joints. Then it is a simple matter of undoing the ball joint and then the bolts that hold the control arm to the frame, and they should be easily undone, as they are how the alignment it adjusted anyway. Either way, when the job is done, a full front end alignment is in order. While you are at it, check the bushings on the other control arms, as well as all the ball joints and tie rod ends. If there is much to be done, get the full rebuild kit. PST in New Jersey sells the complete kit, including the bushings.
